The hotel is literally beside (next door) the Batam Centre ferry terminal, so it was very convenient for us. And Mega Mall is just opposite the hotel. It is also very easy and convenient to go places with GrabCar. We enjoyed our stay at Harris Hotel Batam Centre (first time in a hotel with bolsters which help with good sleep 😅) and the good service and hospitality of its staff. We will not hesitate to stay here again.

Very pleasantly surprised by this reasonably priced hotel. Very clean and spacious room with daily cleaning and replenishment of water/coffee. Receptionist JoJo was very lovely and gave me a warm welcome. Would definitely like to stay here again when I return to Batam in the future.
