An average hotel at afforadable rate

Hotel hardware is a bit old but acceptable at this afforable rate. Breakfast is a good spread especially during weekend. Very near harbor bay ferry terminal. Hotel provide free shuttle. Staff were very friendly and service was excellent. Esp Ms Wani.

I can see why it was a Novotel :)

The hotel may look old on the outside. But the lobby was beautiful. The room was really spacious but well finished. I do not mind to stay longer in this hotel As part of my business trip

Nice hotel staff.

Hotel staff very helpful and friendly.. just ask them and they will help you as soon as possible..they will giving you info about batam.. provide free shuttle bus to mall.. and every time you meet their staff.. they will always smile and great you.. hotel facilities very good although i can see some part in the hotel on progress..

The overall security were very good, i like that every vehicle that goes in will have to go through undercarriage screening, the security officer was also polite and attentive. All of the counter staff and door staff were very friendly and helpful. However the facilities were abit dated and old, like gym equipments and swimming pool's location is not that good. It is not walkable to the nearby malls as well as there are no walking paths outside of the hotel.

The room was supposed to be clean! When I went in, the bed has a lot of hair on the pillows and the floor too. The bathtub was rundown. The balcony has no chair or table. But one thing good, the staff is helpful!
