"Everything was great with the hotel. The room was nice. It was big it was comfortable. It was clean. Everything was great there, but the staff the front desk kept tripping on that I would have family members come to visit me from that live in that town and every time somebody would come up to visit me he would he would ring my phone ring phone ring the phone bugging me asking me who that was visiting me and how long they would be there and then telling me that they needed to leave soon I was under the impression that I rented that room I paid for it so that that was my room at the time and I could have anybody visit me at any time, but I guess I was wrong with this hotel."

"The hotel was clean and seemed to have been remodeled recently. The beds were comfortable and it was perfect for my one night stay. Just a note to other travelers, there are not any restaurants close by. This is of course absolutely no fault of the hotel but I was unfamiliar with the area when I booked online and didn’t know."

"Best part of our stay was Trey. I reserved a premium room and on our 2nd day they had not refilled the snacks. We had been at TT for 10 hrs and didn’t get lunch, so it was important to us. Trey not only found someone to take care of this, he also personally came to the room to make sure we were happy. Awesome young man with fantastic customer service! The dining staff at breakfast was also fantastic. The gal who worked the omelet window June 9 was also great. She was constantly looking out on how she could help a guest. Our stay was also met with bumps. We had driven 6 hrs and had hoped to check in early, but the room was not ready, but the front desk assured us it would be ready no later than 4. When we returned from TT at 4:30 to check in our room was not ready. In fact, it was noted that housekeeping and maintenance do not answer their radios when called, leaving the front desk frustrated. The beds are not pillow top, they lean more on the stiff side. They did have an assortment of pillows including feather, which was nice! The hotel is worn with tears in their carpet and air conditioning that struggles to keep up. Did find if you turn the fan to “on” instead of “auto” helped to keep the room cooler."
