Xayana home was a stunning place to stay in beautiful Luang Prabang, so close to the centre and easy to access. The hostess had amazing recommendations and was extremely accomodating.

We really liked this property, the owners are nice and friendly. Its very centrally located, short walk to the night market, coffee shops, convenient shops just 3 minutes walk, all attractions are a short walk away. Our room was huge, booked specially one with a balcony because we like sitting outside drinking a beer or two in the evenings. Comfy bed, working Ac. Enormously big bathroom, some of it just seemed to be a waste of space The only negative was that the shower drain was blocked and after a 5 minutes shower the entire bathroom had a 1-2cm water all around. Otherwise a good place to stay.

The 2 people there (I asked for their names for the review, but only got their surnames). Miss Quynh and Mr Ker couldn't have done more. Always had a smile. Miss Quynh, I guess the owner arranged everything from laundry to booking the slow boat to Pakbeng. She even got up half earlier to cook my breakfast for the early start to Pakbeng. Wouldn't most definitely stay again. Excellent value.

①朝食がまずい。ト－ストは、片面しか焼かれてなく、バターもついてない。ヌードルは非常にまずい。 ②部屋は、１階で窓を開けるとすぐ脇が通路になっていて、外から中が丸見え。 ③トイレの水洗の流れが悪く、排泄物が流れない。 ④スタッフの応対が悪い。予約滞在中は、顔を合わせると、笑顔を見せたりするが、チェックアウトすると、たちまちフンといった調子で知らん顔。 ⑤ホテルの空港への送り迎いは、ない。 ⑥チェックアウトの時間を聞いても、帰るまでいつでもＯＫとの話だったが、１２時ころに、出てくれと言われた。最初から１２時だったら１２時と言ってもらった方が良い。 ⑦このホテルには、２度と泊まらない。

部屋での充電は必須なので、コンセント位置がベッドの近くにない、あってもコードの長さが必要な場所であった。（机の上のポットは延長コードがないと机の上でお湯が沸かせない） 電源コンセントの配置にひと工夫あるととても良い。 ホテルスタッフは親しみやすく、また対応もとても良い。 空港からタクシーで到着したので、場所がわかったが通りに看板等の表示があるとさらにわかりやすい。
