Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Rooms are not that what you waiting for

We got totally different room what I had booked. In website says only shower in room. In room exist only 2 single bed. I had booked one double bed. Toilet was stuck very far. 5 cm dirty water with pee on the floor, another toilet was so dirty that you couldn’t even think about. Staff didn’t speak good English and didn’t want understand that room was totally different what told in site. I paid double more get room what they had in photos. Room was dirty, no shampoo, no drinking water. Staffs attitude wasn’t nice. No helpful or kind.
