Tråkigt avslut på trevlig vistelse

Vi var mycket nöjda med vistelsen på vansana hotel ända tills vi skulle checka ut. Deras kortläsare funkade inte och vi hade inte tillräckligt med kontanter, då ville de inte hjälpa oss på något sätt samt att de inte skulle köra oss till flygplatsen om vi inte betalade. Till slut krävde vi skjuts in till stan för att ta ut pengar så vi kunde komma vidare. Tråkigt avslut på annars så bra vistelse.

Nice hotel, free shuttle multiple times a day

Lovely hotel with beautiful gardens, staff and rooms. Our only issue was how green with algae the pool was, we asked staff to clean it but there were language barriers.

수영장 대박.

반사나 호텔 총평은 매우만족 입니다. 시내중심가에서 거리가있지만 툭툭이로 3만킵 이고, 시간상으로는 10분 안걸리는거 같아요. 완젼 중심가숙소를 원하시면 인디고호텔이 딱일거 같아요. 가격은 인디고 호텔보다 이곳이 더 쌉니다. 조식 깔끔하니 괜찮고 룸 컨디션도 좋아요. 수압좋고 뜨거운 물도 잘나오고요. 대박인건... 수영장입니다. 물도 깨끗하고 길이 25미터정도 깊이는가장 깊은곳이 180센티 정도입니다. 가성비로는 최고인것 같아요. 조용하고 깔끔해서 그런지 한국 단체가 많습니다.

Bug infested

Quite far out of town. Tuk tuks will really try hard to rip you off. Even hotel arranged tuk tuks do this. They mark up price to 50,000kip when 20,000 can do trip. Also rooms are infested wth mosquitos. Staff leave doors and windows open when cleaning. So each night (we stayed 3) we were up for hours trying to kill all mosquitoes. No bug spray a available by hotel. Probably 20 mosquitoes in room per night. Rooms are really large, which while good means jts very hard to find bugs

Good large swimmingpool.

We ordered this hotel because of the swimmingpool, which is really nice. Nice spacious room, but the toilet is not very good - sometimes you have to flush more than once. The hotel is a bit far away, but have free shuttle into town in the morning and late afternoon. The staff does not seem very engaged and their english is poor. The internet is very slow. Breakfast is fine.

Schönes Hotel - schlechte Lage

Das Hotel war sehr komfortabel. Der schöne Pool war bei 39° ein Vergnügen. Aber die Lage ist weit abseits und die Umgebung hatte NICHTS zu bieten. Ins Zentrum 2 - 3 km.

Very nice room in the hotel. Reception staff don't speak very English so beware. It also took 3 attempts to get a room. The 1st room wouldn't unlock, the 2nd was a double when we'd booked a twin but the 3rd was very nice. The hotel is a LONG way out of town so not ideal and only infrequent shuttle buses into town.

Zeer grote en leuke kamer. De voorzieningen zijn allemaal aanwezig : air-co, douche, safe en koelkast en buitenzwembad. Het personeel is altijd heel behulpzaam. Er is een gratis shuttle naar de stad, want dit hotel ligt iets buiten het stadcentrum. Maar een aanrader. Ontbijt is wat minder uitgebreid, maar nog zeker de moeite voor deze prijscategorie.

[만족] 직원들도 친절하고 객실과 수영장 다 깨끗해서 좋았어요...

객실도 깨끗하고 수영장도 깨끗해서 좋았어요... 흠이라면 위치가 너무 외졌다는거... 그래도 셔틀이 있어서 괜찮았어요...셔틀 운행시간도 아닌데 새벽에 탁발보러 갈때 경비아저씨가 기다리라더니 전화해서 셔틀 타고갈수 있게 해주셨고... 탁발보고 끝날때 데릴러 와달라고 했더니 시간맞춰 와주셨고... 야시장 갈때도 10시에 픽업해달랬더니 이틀 연속 해주셨어요... 체크아웃도 12시 인데... 비행시간이 넘 많이 남으니까 4시에 체크아웃 하고 싶다니까 무료로 연장도 해줬어요... 직원분들 전부 짱짱 좋아서 또 가고싶은곳이에요...^^
