Great location and friendly staff! The rooms had nice views, but a few too many bugs for me. I know sometimes hard to control in Laos, but my first room had tons of ants. They moved me to another room which ended up having even more ants, which they sprayed, and it partially helped. There were also a couple geckos living in the room as well. I think the patio doors just need some better sealing!

The rooms are big and have everything you need. They are not modern, but they are very comfortable. The WiFi is reasonable. Most rooms have a lovely view of the river. The staff are very helpful. The breakfast is great.

Laos Hotel
Great hotel in Luang Prabang. Close to old town and super walkable area. Hotel was beautiful along the river. Nice sized rooms with comfortable beds. Free breakfast was a huge plus. Great friendly service.

Mosquitoes in the room, no soundproofing so very noisy, can hear the toilet flushing & shower in the room above. Very sloooooooooow internet was so annoying.

Right on the river. Walking distance to night market, old quarter, most of the staff very friendly and helpful. Great room with very good air conditioning. Local food next door was very good

It's within walking distance of the main streets and has an enormous amount of dining options. The room was spotless with a fantastic view of the river through a wall-sized window—plenty of light with comfortable beds. But the service and attention were the best features!

One of the room had molds smelling very strong, the owner said if she changes the room, I have to pay more. I told her, the room is smelly very bad, not good for health. If she continued having me pay more I will cancel all 3 rooms I booked; then she changed the room. I had one big room with 2 king beds, but smelling a bit molds. Another room with 2 twin beds, the beds have bedbugs bitten my husband and my son’s ankles.

Had to cancel a week before I was to arrive. Hotel wouldn’t communicate at all. Not with me. Not with Expedia. Nobody. I’m aware of the cancellation policy but they refused to talk to anyone. No answer when called, emailed or messaged. Just took the money and ran. Disgusting. Piss off.

Staff was very friendly and kind. We asked to the staff to get train tickets for us and they got them with additional charge of only 50 thousand kip per one ticket which was reasonable. Restaurant of the hotel facing Khan River was so nice when to take breakfast.

Good Place to Stay in Luang Prabang
Great location and this particular room #105 had a nice view of the river and mountains. Friendly staff, adequate breakfast, walking distance or a short tuk-tuk ride to everything in town. The property is a little bit dated cosmetically speaking and the Wi-Fi crashed frequently. Comfortable bed, but the pillows were much too thick.

Lovely hotel with a good river view breakfast and best showers in Asia)). While another 200-300$ hotels in town have got just a very few guests in Feb 2020, this place is quite busy on a good way. Recommended.

Very comfortable stay
We stayed in thr family room. It was very clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice large balcony. The location is hood, with a minimart nearby. The free bicycles were a nice touch. The breakfast was just okay though.

A Treasure!
A rustic gem tucked along one of the little lanes leading to the river. Clean, quiet and very comfortable. The staff provided excellent service and were always available to help with a genuine smile.

BEWARE! Airport transportation from hotel have hidden fees depending on the amount of people, which was poorly communicated to us until the last day of our stay. We asked before and the sign said 50,000 kip (way) but they still want to charge more because we have 5 people. A/C machine was not cleaned and dead bugs were falling into our bed every time it is on. Hopefully, management take better care to communicate correctly. Floors and bathroom were clean though.

Thanks for your feedback, We are so sorry. We forgot to inform you about the price of the airport shuttle. For an airport pick-up from 3-4 people, the price will be 50,000 Kip, and from 5 - 10 people will cost from 80,000 to 100,000 kip for one way (depending on baggage) and we are not allowed to arbitrarily pick up guests must use the airport shuttle driver with the listed price in accordance with police regulations. About A / C we will re-check the whole, thank you for the notification.

Absolutely lovely! Gorgeous view from the hotel. Breakfast was amazing and very filling! Free bikes are a nice touch though I did not use them. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in LP! Great staff as well.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff we all so lovely and friendly and the room was immaculate. The bed was comfy and the manager gave us an upgrade to the ki. Room as it was available. Wonderful spot on the river with excellent breakfast provided.

Great choice.
No complaints at all. Friendly helpful staff in a well run facility. Room overlooking the river was better than expectations. Breakfast was fine not the best coffee but it’s kind of expected ( about the only thing they could improve ) ... pretty much a faultless choice. Slightly out of the main area but a pleasant 15 min walk to the heart of it all.

Fantastic Riverfront Hotel
Excellent hard working staff. Efficient without being obtrusive. As mentioned the breakfast overlooking the river is a highlight:) We loved the all day tea. Shower was excellent and hot. Have booked in for 2 more nights and we can’t wait to return!

Excellent Hotel
Very nice hotel on the bank of the Nam Khan River. The hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet. My room on the second floor had a view of the river and mountains. Good size room with comfortable bed, nice bathroom and shower with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Excellent wifi and television reception. The owners and staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was good with a good choice of foods and drink served on an outside covered area on the riverbank with good views. The hotel was in walkable distance of the Mekong River, all the morning, day, and night markets, the National Museum, and many wats. Good selection of restaurants in the area as well as travel/ticket agencies. I definitely would stay at this hotel again.

We loved our room (4) even though it smelt a bit musty. Dark, quiet comfortable bed., AC. Hotel had lovely balcony overlooking river where breakfast is served, we sat there other times as we had no room view. Free loan of bikes and umbrellas. It was down a quiet lane so very peaceful. Loved the hotel. Very near to the city center. Close to the airport, good internet connections, bicycles available for usage, great shower. If i would have to say what can be improved.. Then i would recommend to put a strip in the shower to prevent water from dropping downbto the toilet area. And a small table to put the suitcase on would also be nice. We booked the waterfall excursion through them, thrn when the weather turned bad, the hotel suggested to cancel and rebook for tomorrow. Great service!

Peaceful with view across river
Great location, quiet side road, yet only 10 mins walk to night market.Bedroom was big with a nice sofa to relax on. The room (03) also had a great balcony to relax on and look across the river. Hotel seemed to be run in the main by Hang, who I can't praise enought, a great guy and nothing is to much trouble for him.

Excellent family run inn
5 star service from the staff. Our room was very clean and cosy. Loved the bikes and being able to walk to the night market. Quiet but still near plenty of restaurants. A true gem with lots of charm!
