Difficile de trouver hotel car le nom ne correspond plus c'est le Capital hotel!! Et bien sur les tuktuk nous emmenent dans un autre etablissement ailleurs au nom similaire a l'autre boutde la ville! Il serait judicieux de rectifier votre fichier.Autrement hotel parfait.calme et verdoyant!

OK hotel, very good service

Very good service and check-in. Large room, a little old, but comfortable and clean. Nice pool. A bit to walk to town center, but no need for tuk-tuk unless you have problems walking.

快適である。ただ、他のホテルも同じかもしれないが、蚊が次々と現れて一晩で50匹程撃退した。人を刺そうとする凶暴な蚊ではないようなので、デング熱やマラリア等の心配はないのかもしれない。

Pleasantly surprised

Very nice hotel, staff very helpful and friendly. Room on 2nd Floor with a balcony. Authentic materials were used so lots of beautiful dark wood. Bathroom with separate shower, always love that! Breakfast included, enough choice and the cut me fresh fruit every morning! F&B manager is French, real nice guy! Gave good tips for our stay in Luang Prabang. I would recommend this hotel

Beautiful hotel

This hotel is beautiful, almost like a resort in Luang Prabang. Not far from the peninsula, 10 mins walk to the night market and the main street. The road is rather dark to get there, but really safe. The hotel has a gym and spa and nice little pool. Buffet breakfast is decent, but repetitive if you stay long. I really loved my stay there.

In die Jahre gekommen - Mückenalarm

Die Begrüßung und der 1 . Eindruck des Hotels sind gut. Wir durften sogar am Frühstücksbüffet - am Tag der Anreise frühstücken. Die Anlage ist schön und gepflegt, das Frühstück für laotische Verhältnisse sehr üppig. Das Personal ist freundlich. Aber - unser Zimmer war sehr dunkel und das Bad war voller Schimmel und total viel Mücken, die sich ihren Weg durch ein defektes Gitter suchten. Sauberkeit.. Na ja...alles klebte auch nach dem Putzen. Wir sind einen Tag eher abgereist. Schade, das Hotel hat Potential . Leider auch nicht zentral. Wir hatten ein Strassenzimmer - es war laut.

Noisy rooms

After our first night we ask to change the room since the noise bothered us a lot. We received a larger and better equipped room upstairs which was an upgrade. Unfortunately it was not really as quiet as we have been hoping for. The walls are very thin and one could hear our neighbours telephoning and talking for hours. The shower was great, the bedding comfortably even though additional blankets have been missing.

Schoenes Hotel 10 Minuten Fussweg von der Altstadt

Die Hoelanlage ist sehr schoen angelegt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel. Die Altstadt ist ca. 10 Minuten Fussweg vom Hotel entfernt. Das Essen im Hotelrestaurant ist lecker. Die Dame an der Rezeption, die Tagdienst hat, spricht recht gut englisch und ist auch stets als sehr hilfsbereit aufgefallen. Touren zu organisieren, ist fuer das Hotel kein Problem. Die Tour zum Wasserfall und zu den Tempeln und dem Museum, die ich gemacht habe, war sehr nett. Alle anderen sprechen kaum englisch und geben zum Teil falsche Auskuenfte. Ich habe einmal gefragt, wie lange das Restaurant geoeffnet hat und die Dame im Restaurant meinte, bis 22:00. Als ich um 21:20 im Hotel ankam, hiess es dann, das Restaurant sei schon lange geschlossen. Nun hiess es in die Altstadt rennen, so schnell ich konnte, denn ab 22:00 gehen dort die Buergersteige hoch und man bekommt nirgendwo mehr irgend etwas zu essen.

En arrivant à 7h am, j'ai eu chambre en attendant celle que j'avais réservé : super! Mais à midi : on me dit que ma chambre standard n'était pas disponible et que je garderai la petite chambre pour une nuit.J'ai ralé (un français, c'est normal), le gérant est arrivé et ma offert une suite (80m²) pour le même prix : super!

close to town. able to walk there within ten minutes. however it's near houses so may not be a good location to unwind.
