"I have booked 2 executive rooms. Cons: The rooms especially the bathroom clearly need a renovation, it was mouldy. The mattress are really firm and pillows are ok. They don't speak much English, The check in took so long, we waited for over 30mins just to check in and they take 3000 yuan for room deposit which until now over a week later is still not back in my account! Pro: The executive lounge food and drinks are really good. Breakfast is ok but server especially in the soup and egg station are a bit rude and short tempered"
