"A large comfy bed, and an unusually large TV. Surprisingly
quiet considering the location in the centre of town. Complete with a takeaway breakfast, it represented excellent value, and well wortth another visit!

"We didn't stay at the hotel for a number of reasons. Firstly, the surrounding area was deprived with half the buildings either boarded up or in disrepair. Secondly, having a 'seaview' and being a 'boutique' hotel is debatable, but definitely not from the outward appearance of the property. It was scruffy and needed maintenance to the paintwork and front door. Thirdly, to be made to stand outside ringing a bell for 30 minutes is unacceptable and shows poor customer service.

"The room was not fit for paying customers. Loose wires, peeling wallpapers, filthiest place I've ever seen. Landlord did not care at all how it looked or how he looked. The view was good and pet friendly. "

"The Male on Reception was lovely, really polite.
The rooms didn't look anything like the photos. It was freezing in the room, i had to sleep with multiple layers on. There was no TV remote, The view from the window was horrible. There was a 21st birthday party, it was so noisy, and people sat on the steps drunk when we was trying to get to our room. The food at the restaurant wasn't great and the prices were high for the quality. I wouldnt return but the staff were lovely. "

"Excellent communications before we arrived. We were a family of 5, nice small touches; fresh fruit, milk, coffee etc. Rooms were clean, tidy and modern. Parking also a bonus. Really recommend."

"Excellent stay! Staff allowed us to park 3 hours early and wondered around town. Check in was easy, the staff were friendly and the effort they made to make the reception and dining areas festive was appreciated. The room was clean, with everything you’d expect and a great sea view. Perfectly located with St Anns on your doorstep and everything you’d need within walking distance."
"Fantastic Family Stay!
We had an amazing stay as a family with two teenage girls. There was plenty to do and see in the local area, and the hotel itself was excellent - very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were polite, helpful, and genuinely friendly, which made a big difference.
The pool was a highlight for us - we used it three times during our stay and loved it! Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it and will definitely be returning."
