"The room was freezing. The air conditioner didn't work. They only brought me a heater and offered to change the room, but it was 9:30 pm. I was tired and sleepy. So I said no I need to sleep. The bed was awful and the shower. This is not a 4-star hotel and is not worth the price."

"We loved the location. 2 small blocks from the grand plaza. Walking distance to many restaurants and the train station central less than one block distance. Across from hotel great small restaurant for waffles etc and the best French fries. Loved the view from our room. We stayed for 4 nights five days. Great stay."

"Beautiful hotel but our room was like a sauna…very hot. I was told that the central air-conditioning goes on according to the temperature outside, and therefore, since it was cold, the heat was on in the room I was given a fan and also was given a credit. Fire doors were outside my room and they were constantly making noise. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Bathroom very very small. "
