"All was managed well but in case they cant teace your phone no on the booking, you may have issue getting details on how to get in the property, specially if you have booked lastminute like me."

"The hotel is is clean and modern and the staff are very helpful and polite. A great addition is the small kitchen area in the room with a fridge, microwave, hob and even a dishwasher. You are not reliant on going out for dinner if you have had a long day out walking and don't fancy going out to eat. There's a supermarket one minute walk from the front of the hotel. "The location was ideal being so close to the midi train station and was only a 25 minute walk from central Brussels along the main road which had shops and restaurants. The room was larger than expected as well and was clean and comfortable "

"I had a very pleasant stay of six nights here. The room newly renovated and had all the necessities of a longer stay including a fully equipped kitchenette. The highlight for me was the rain shower with good volume and hot water. The bed mattress was a bit thin and low.The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. Overall good experience and close to metro. "
