I stayed one night at the indigo hotel. Hotel was conveniently located next to the train station and walking distance to everything else. Hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. Room was a bit small but had everything we needed for a comfortable stay

The staff were lovely and incredibly helpful. We went on a Tuesday which is quitet in Brussels in general m. The fridge was broken but that was my only criticism. Other than that had a fab stay and would highly recommend and will probably be back. Had a great cocktail at the bar. Probably one of the best I’ve ever had and I’m very fussy! It was called Tropical!

This hotel was fantastic. The design focus on plants and nature was throughout the facility. Very spacious and comfortable room. Breakfast was well provisioned and tasty. Excellent location. Would love to stay again in the future.

Super clean, relatively safe area, the breakfast buffet was a savior as there isn’t a lot of breakfast options around. We loved the jungle/bird theme of the hotel, the rooms were also really cute.

The lady at reception was lovely and exceedingly welcoming. The breakfast was good, very varied with excellent salads and exceedingly helpful staff. The bedroom was bigger than I expected for a standard room and also very clean with good facilities. The hotel was located near some good restaurants and the botanical gardens.

Can't fault the hotel itself. Room was clean and comfortable although the mattress toppers do slide off the beds. Central location. 20 mins walk to the square. Stayed for 2 nights and paid in advance. Despite that the hotel decided to take another payment off my card which I had not authorised. Spoke to multiple staff who admitted that error and told me I would have my money back within an hour. A week later and after multiple emails, the general manager finally responded and helped me resolve. Great hotel. Shame about the appalling customer service.
