He was friendly, respectful, anticipated our needs and ensured we knew what was available to us. He ensured we were happy with our stay and time in the lounge. Don't think he could have been better! "This hotel was so nice. It's literally a two minute walk to the airport terminal -- it was so great to avoid the stress of getting transportation for an early morning flight. And the food was great. The room was so nice, beds comfortable, a great pool and sauna, super friendly staff."
