"Our hotel room had the bathroom door removed, this wasn't communicated at all during the check in or booking process. After getting to the room I went back to reception (around 10pm) where the hotel manager was rude, dismissive and offered us $100 discount or a full refund to leave the hotel. There was no flex at all on the discount and his attitude was horrible. We had to leave at 10pm to find a last minute hotel in NYC. "

"Found e good deal on a king room in lower Manhattan. Like most hotels in the area, the room is much smaller than you'd expect anywhere else, but for NYC you can't complain. Room was clean & hotel was safe. King bed was sagging pretty bad in the middle by the head of the bed. You could tell many people have had to sit up in bed and lean against the headboard for where the mattress was worn, but with only one office chair as an alternative, there's not a lot of options. Housekeeping did a great job as well."

"This hotel is under construction and isn’t as pictured. Pictures that have been posted are from 2008 (I google searched them) the staff at this location is wonderful but I definitely never would’ve booked if I’d known the state of the rooms and this hotel"
