Only one ice machine for entire building. One working elevator Need staff to let you into gym Pool qas goid. Room was clean but fan in bathroom was on entire time

Bedford Plaza Hotel - Boston
This was an okay place for the money - comfortable bed. Breakfast was a joke. Had to move from the first room because tv didn’t work. Second room was better but when I went to take a shower in the morning there were no bath towels!
