"Anytime I’m in Cincinnati visiting my son at college I stay here. The staff is so accommodating like the best I’ve ever seen. They have secure parking in a garage that you can park your car even before your room is ready and if they have availability, late checkout of noon. which is really nice."

"It's an older property with lots of charm. I felt a bit overpriced for the small room and congestion in the lobby. But a very pleasant stay. The restaurant in the lobby, not associated corporately with the hotel, but on premises was overpriced. One dish was poorly cooked and was sent back. It was fixed and the staff were very accommodating."

"Perfect location for what we were there for, a ball game! The views were stunning! The room was perfect and well appointed!! The staff could not have been more helpful!! The breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly. Kaitlyn that checked us in went the extra mile to help us get checked in early and even came outside to help us get parked due to the street being closed due to the ballgame. We usually stay at the Hilton chains but I will definitely look for more of the Marriott Hotels."

"When we got to the hotel, we were greeted and checked in quickly. Once getting into the room, it was spacious and clean. Breakfast was nice and easy, since we came close to the ending of the breakfast time, there weren't many plates or silverware, but they quickly provided us with clean items."

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The room and premises were very clean and well kept! Although the breakfast was not anything spectacular, it was at least slightly better than most free breakfasts. Parking is easy and plentiful."

"Need to oil the hinges on the bathroom doors. Ours creaked every time it opened and closed and I could hear the door doing the same thing in the other rooms around us. "

"We got a free upgrade to a suite. The room was great. The bathroom not so much. You have to enter the shower to turn it on. The lights were very dim making it hard to apply makeup. The water pressure was dismal. The overall stay was great. The hotel is going through renovations but still looked great."

"We stayed for two nights to go to a wedding. The day of check-in it was a madhouse with all of the guests and only two employees working the desk. The staff wanted me to take a lesser room because it was available, but I’d already paid for a deluxe room. They were quick to turn around the room for us to get in. I really like the bar in the hotel. It was very confusing trying to find where we parked our car and the different elevators. It’s a really big hotel. Overall, it was an OK stay. I probably would not stay there again."

"Hotel was good. We stayed on the 20th floor which the view was amazing. Bed very comfortable. The only downside was check-in took long. Was supposed to be at 4.00pm But are room wasn’t available till 5:30pm."
