Overall a good stay

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The beds were uncomfortable and two of my family members went home early due to difficult sleep. The basement leaked into the living area due to heavy rain. No big deal we mopped it with some extra towels we brought with us. The check-in process was a little bumpy. The owner changed the door code but did not email us the new code so it took a couple of calls and messages in the app to get the new code. The kids found a sharp knife blade in the toy chest in the basement. One of the older kids brought it to the adults as they knew it was unsafe. We left if on the counter to discard as they saw fit. Having said all of this we had a good time the location was great, the house was clean and well supplied. We would rent again.

The property was just as pictured. Clean and convenient. It was on a busy road so it was a little loud. Luckily we had sound machines for the kids so it was fine.

All in all the house served our needs for the time were there. House is old and could use some updating, and be a little cleaner. The only real issue is the basement. It’s damp, and smells musty. Our clothes felt damp every morning.

House is convenient 10 minutes to kings island.

If you're a women i wouldn't recommend taking a shower in upstairs shower has glass block window and at night a creeper could see anything they want. I complained to manager and they said previous guests didnt complain. If i owned this property and realized i could be exposing girls to creeps i would go straight there and put up a shade.

The overall space was very pleasing and accommodated our needs.

Slight delay with receiving the check In code but the owner apologized for the inconvenience. The stove appeared to be in the process of being cleaned but never completed. We were unable to use it. The owner did offer to rectify once we brought the issue to her attention. Outside picture on VRBO indicates the house is red brick but it’s actually grey! Few minor repairs needed with blinds and tile rack in bathroom but overall, a pleasant and clean atmosphere!

Overall stay wise was fine but I was over charged 90 dollars for a pet that didn't come which I told the host before hand and a was told a refund would be issued but it never did and my apple watch 7 was left and when I tried to contact the host to recover it again no reply so had to pay more money than I should have and I'm not happy

Dirty is an understatement

Booked as a girls weekend. Check in was easy and then everything was down hill. The stove had grease left on it, the dishwasher had grease on it, there was food left on the silverware, the vents had layers of accumulated dust, the chairs had dog hair, all the bed dust ruffles were stained, and the shower curtain liners were dirty. I called the property manager and she did come take care of a few things however the longer we stayed the more we noticed. This place needs a overall deep cleaning. Additionally the downstairs is a joke. You can’t stand in front of the mirror in the bathroom and style your hair with a blow dryer without your hands hitting the ceiling. The bedroom door also doesn’t close so don’t expect any privacy. The house is cute and has potential if it were managed properly.

Easy check in process. Great communication. Older home that is a little tired and would enjoy an uplift. Worked out fine for just sleeping after a long day at Kings Island.

Property was clean. The beds were not very comfortable for our preferences. Could use better blinds in bedrooms facing streets to filter ligh and possibly noise. We did not have any issues or need anything that was not in the house: several of the doors either do not close are are tight, they are very loud to open or close.

Very clean and very well equipped rental

We all enjoyed this rental. The house is very clean and very well equipped. It had a Keurig coffee maker, soap and shampoo in the showers, a few trash bags, toilet paper, napkins, smart TVs for the kids, paper towels, hand soap, and central AC. Close to everything. We went to kings island and Cincinnati zoo. Will definitely stay again if we come back to the area.

Cute and Clean

We loved the location and the property was perfect for us in many ways: Spacious, quiet, clean and well stocked. I almost gave it a 4 star, so let me explain: The property had major road construction going on right outside the windows. While we would still have stayed here, it would have been nice to know this before we arrived. The roads were closed and you had to go around barricades and onto some rough terrain to get to the house. There were multiple light fixtures that didn't work. We looked for lightbulbs to change them, but couldn't find any. The ceiling fan in the living room also did not work and we couldn't fix it. So, overall, a nice place with some "hiccups"; some that could have been fixed and others that were out of their control.
