We had a great stay here. Super convenient to the ballpark, football stadium, the free connect bus that takes you around town and to Findlay market. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Big thanks to Johnette for helping us with check out.

Beautiful hotel in great location. Standard 2 queen room felt more roomy and airy than most hotel rooms. Beds are very comfortable. Staff were polite. Parking is pricey, but valet service was speedy even on what seemed to be a particularly busy weekend with several weddings, a football game and UC Parents weekend. Would definitely stay again.

Everyone was very friendly. It was a packed hotel. The valet was very busy, but very friendly. The valet manager showed us how we could use our phone map for the trolly around town. That saved so much time. We will stay again and definitely recommend!

Really nice hotel. It was clean, staff are excellent, a lot of places are within walking distance, and a safe area. I rarely sleep well at hotels but slept pretty good here. We thought the mattress and pillows were quite comfortable.
