"We booked this place for the convenience of the location near the airport. Check in is supposed to be at 4pm. We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. When we arrived at the property we were able to use the codes given to us to get into the building. We made the trek up the 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) to the room we were told was ours. "Absolutely awful experience here. The pictures look nothing like what you actually get. The property is filthy. We were put in a room with black mold all over the shower, a broken couch, one bed the sheets were ripped to the mattress, the other the sheets were stained, and stains all over the walls and the couch was broken. We get moved to another room that one has black mold too. We literally walked around and went to several different rooms (probably about 6) with the front desk workers and every single room had black mold. Told the desk manager all he said was “okay” and “we’re under some renovation” as if renovation has anything to do with a mold and lack of cleanliness."
