We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful and made us feel like home. Beautiful views of Lourdes from the room balcony with the river flowing past which I found very relaxing. Close to shops and restaurants and the sanctuary - excellent place to stay. Of special mention is that we arrived late due to flight delays but the front desk was open for us and we were welcomed warmly and very graciously - good on you Best Western.

This would have to be one of the best hotels I have stayed in for a long time, Phillipe was outstanding with his service, the rooms were very clean and full of comforts. help was always given without question.
