The hotel was nice. It was clean and the staff were helpful and pleasant. London was very hot and the rooms were a little warm, but that was understandable given that it’s not that warm usually. We had everything we need while we’re there and the breakfast was wonderful.

Amazing stay, everyone and everything was exceptional. The hotel has a history of opulence and luxury, and it did not disappoint, and the staff are the real heartbeat of this iconic hotel.
