"Staff were kind and helpful, across all areas (front desk, housekeeping, in the restaurant/bar). Literally my only complaint is that the card readers in the elevators were too low, and made you have to ask people to move out of the way so you could scan your key card to select your floor. Other than that, we enjoyed everything about our stay."

"The breakfast was above par even though it cost us. Still dislike the no parking option, but our valet was excellent, friendly, and quick. It is close to the metro and has basic food options within easy walking distance. Overall a very nice hotel with great staff!"
