Excellent breakfast, lovely host. King room was small but the host graciously included private use of the small lounge for luggage and seating. Great location for visiting Speyside and the Moray coast.

It was 86 degrees outside and thus our room was very warm. There was no fan or air conditioning and I couldn’t find the host in the evening to ask for a fan.

Because of my apprehensions, I’ve never before stayed in an Air B&B but Norland changed everything. Fantastic location, fantastic views and most important, the most amazing hosts.

Cannot praise Norland Guest House enough-we had a most excellent stay there & without hesitation recommend Norland to anyone wishing to visit the Lossiemouth area.

loved the norland ..
great 2 day stay .Room was great with views over the sea and golf course .clean/comfy bed /lovely large room with sofa you can sit with a coffee and look out at the sea. friendly owner and wonderful breakfasts .i cannot think of one fault ..we had evening meals at the golf hotel (very close)and they were good also.would stay again if ever in that area

B and b was very clean with stunning views overlooking moray firth. Ishbel was great host and made us feel very welcome. Thought b and b was great value and breakfast was very nice.

Our third stay here - always as a break on a journey to some where else. Welcoming and well positioned by West Beach in Lossiemouth. Room had great views. Intend to stay again!

Our lovely host couldn’t have been warmer or kinder to us . We enjoyed breakfasts of the gods and a spacious room with ocean view - dreamy, cosy, comfortable and immaculately clean. The mattress was better than ours at home and we were allowed our dear dog Charlie . Wonderful!

This is a beautiful B&B located right by a beach area on Moray Firth. The home is wonderfully decorated and equipped and very up to date. The hostess was quite considerate and took great care of us. Breakfast was excellent. A fabulous experience in a wonderful little town in Northern Scotland.

The guesthouse is the best I have stayed in. The decor and comfort was perfect, the view very impressive overlooking the sea. A short walk from a local pub and restaurant. Only negative was being woken at 2.30am by the owners television in their lounge under my room.

Perfect spot with a fantastic host
Great week at the Norland Bed & Breakfast while delivering a golf tournament at Moray GC. Ishbel was a fantastic host with nothing being too much problem, including the fantastic cooked breakfast at whatever early hour we needed to be at the course on time. Definitely be back.
