"Good small hotel with very friendly & helpful staff. Excellent location in heart of Recoleta with good cafés & restaurants only a few steps away. Rooms are large with all facilities but a little austere, fine if you’re going to be out sightseeing, I only noticed because I was in the room working. My room was a bit noisy, probably because I was on the second floor facing the street so street noise woke me early. Lovely sunny pool area & small pool on 11th floor."

"upon arrival at the airport we were sick, called the hotel for a doctor and 30 minutes after checking in the doctor was at a our room, thank to the attention and the medicines we were able to travel back home the next night. outstanding service from alll the staff. thank you"

"Very limited meat options at breakfast. Hotel rooms are probably becoming due for an overall upgrade. Lobby is lovely and employees are great. "
