"There wasn’t much to do in general other than the pool and go to the beach. Unfortunately, it rained a few of the days that we were there so during those times we had to go inside and be bored. There wasn’t a huge variety of foods and restaurants. A couple of restaurants need a reservations, but they were so small that they filled out fast. Also, the toilet paper in the rooms were awful. They were very thin and broke easily."

"Room spotless, Dining options were exceptional, buffet had variety each day and specialty restaurants Created many special memories. Outdoor pools added variety to our day when the ocean was uncooperative. Private beach was beautiful and relaxing"

"I will stay longer so can enjoy the place better and definally not go for spring break it was raining every single day and they closed the beach . It was just a wrong time to travel. "

"I was so displeased with this place. Every thing is so far away. Not wheel chair/ stroller accessible. Too many stairs all through the resort. My poor toddlers were tired of walking all the time. I hated the shuttles that we had to constantly take; which by the way were super tiny and always packed. The food was horrible. They have the same menu everynight. The food is not child friendly. God forbid you asked for French fries (you will literally only get 5 French fries). The entertainment was okay. 85% of staff are rude. I gave complain to a lot of managers. If you are not a member they won’t treat you nice. My room was super outdated. Smelled like mold. Super scary because my door was facing the street. The t.v in the room never worked. You guys need to upgrade to smart t.v. There is no WiFi in rooms. I even tried to pay for WiFi; the WiFi never worked. And please do not loose your wrist band becausse there is a $200 US dollar fee!!!!! I travel all around the world; and I have never felt so disgusted with a resort like this before. Never will they see me again."

"Hot shower, cold AC, with smiling staff and wonderful, tasty and reasonably priced food. There was an unusable amount of rain, even for April. This was my 4th trip and won’t be my last!"

"I’m sorry but it was not a good stay for me was very disappointed .1st hot water was not working at all .toilet was clogged .smelled like mold .furniture was from the 80’s broken down had no control of the AC . outlet broke my wire to my charger . puddle of water when i first walk in room was not clean .had to ask multiple times for extra towels floors were musty moist due to the mold . food was horrible Breakfest , lunch & dinner . I fell and twisted my Ankel & was bleeding and the front desk could not do anything for me not even give me a band aide .phone in the room did not work the whole 5 days I was there . no room service communication was horrible we would complain to the front desk nothing was done and was told us that when we went to el pilón they was going to compensate us with a bottle of wine for all the mishaps and when we got there they didn’t know what we was talking about I ask for credit and was told no I would not suggest this resort to anyone nor will I ever go back wish i can get my money back My ankle is still swollen and bruised cause they wasn’t able to provide me with no type of 1st Aid Kit not even a band aide so disappointed "
