Is not on the beach front, you have to walk to the beach, take a golf cart or drive to the beach private parking. But very easy and was not a problem for us. Manager (Esther) help us in our special request and followed up to make sure we where still good. This was our second stay and will repeat. There are 2 o 3 restaurants, but would highly suggest going to the supermarket and stocking up for breakfast and even private dinners. Thank you for a nice experience!

It is nice clean apartment. You will definitely need a rental car or at golf cart because everything is far. Definitely not walkable to any restaurant. Most restaurants is good but pricey

The property is clean and beautiful. The staff is super friendly and helpful, but if you know Spanish it helps even more for smoother communication. I wish we could stay for longer. The villa was big and had washer, dryer and other utensils. They also have a private pool, would definitely recommend this place to more people. It’s also convenient to go to many places from here. Only one thing was - wish they had more restaurants and included breakfast in the package. Overall it was great!

This was a great choice for me and my family. This property is a private, exclusive golf club which makes it very safe. There are multiple check points to pass through and security guards patrolling the area at night. You will need transportation to get to the nearest town to do some exploring, restaurants and excursions but that was ok with me. I did not want to stay in the hustle and bustle of Sosua or Cabarete. You can always get a cab if you don’t have a car. We arrived three hours before check in and Esther, who greeted us. got us all beach towels and drove us to the beach which was about a 3-4 minute golf cart drive. We could have walked as well. Esther was very helpful and friendly. We asked for recommendations to and ATV and catamaran excursion company and we were given the contact information of a great source. We had a great time. The room is surprisingly very well equipped with everything you need. A full sized fridge, a stove, cooking utensils, cleaning supplies and the best of all, a washer and dryer which came in handy after our ATV excursion. Room was very clean. The property has several good restaurants too.

Our stay in Xeliter Green one was pleasant. There are a couple things that could use improvement. First, there was no clear indication on where to eat so we ordered out and it took over an hour to get the food. It would have been helpful to have a list of places to eat within walking distance so we knew there was no need to order out. Also, we weren’t given enough garbage bags so we ended up having to stack garbage on the counter which was obnoxious. Last, Wi-Fi was only usable in the villa, which proved to be inconvenient when we had to communicate with the food delivery to find each other. We had to keep running back inside. Other than those minor issues, the stay was good! The views of the mountains are gorgeous, the pool is huge and was mainly unoccupied. The beach was breathtaking. I would visit again, especially since I’m familiar with what to expect.
