"The hotel is an amazing building itself. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They are always prompt to help at any time. The room was well cleaned and the service was excellent. We had a balcony in our room that had a garden view and we sat down every night to look at the stars. The breakfast options were vast, even for me who is coeliac. They were very helpful in providing anything that I had requested and I was super impressed as being a gluten free you always are on downside of options, but this was not the case there. There are plenty of restaurants options and the staff from Verona (Italian restaurant) mainly Francisco was amazing. I cannot say enough how he made us feel special on our dinners there. We have celebrated our wedding anniversary and my husband birthday and the staff were very thoughtful about it . The beach that it is by the hotel was amazing with a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our time at The Ritz Carlton in Tenerife and we will definitely be back soon."

"This hotel is wonderful! From the moment that you arrive at the front door, you receive a genuine welcome. Reception was welcoming, efficient and the resort map very helpful. A very elegant and spacious hotel, our room was beautiful, extremely comfortable, exceptionally clean and everything that you needed to enjoy a peaceful time. The restaurants, pool, gardens and bar areas were well maintained and it was a pleasure to spend our days and evenings there. I would like to say that above everything else, it really was the staff that made our holiday so special. Each and everyone always had a smile on their faces, greeted you warmly and always had time for you. Well done to everyone at Tivoli La Caleta - we look forward to returning soon."

"We’ve stayed at the Best Jacaranda Hotel twice before and had a good experience, but unfortunately, this visit wasn’t quite up to the same standard. Rooms: The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and housekeeping does a good job of cleaning daily. However, the rooms are looking rather dated. The biggest issue for us was the bathroom drainage smell. Whenever rooms nearby flushed their toilets, a horrible smell seemed to come through into our room, which was really unpleasant. The Wi-Fi was also terrible and definitely needs improving. Pool Area: There are plenty of pools on the bottom floor and floor 5, and there are lots of sunbeds, so there is no need to get up early to reserve one! Food: This was probably the biggest disappointment compared with our previous visits. The food used to be perfectly fine, but the choice and overall quality seemed to have dropped this time. Breakfast was great. Lunch at the snack bar had the same options every day - pizzas, chips, burger, hot dogs and ice cream. The food was nice, but after 10 days we were getting rather tired of the same choices. The main buffet restaurant had themed nights, which didn’t always live up to expectations. Italian, Oriental and Tex-Mex was great, but Etnica was the biggest disappointment. We also were served raw chicken skewers one night, which was a major concern!! As part of All Inclusive package we were able to eat in the Brasserie twice during our stay. You have to book in advance."

"I loved my holiday in this hotel. The pools were clean and warm. The room was clean and spacious. The staff worked very hard and made us welcome. We enjoyed the lunch time exercise sessions in the pool. For all inclusive the food was varied enough with themed nights. Asian was the star of the show! Sometimes the waits were rather long for lunch in the pool bar, but this was ok. My only gripe is poor behaviour of some guests putting towels on loungers early and hardly using the space they had stopped other people enjoying & people putting their stuff on bar tables at lunch time then going off for a swim."

"Lovely rooms with a swim up pool, perfect for privacy peace and tranquility! Great breakfast each morning and views were just breathtaking! Staff friendly and all went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay! Room cleaned twice a day and the place was modern x ideal get away for a couple or someone just wanting some peace and quiet. Local shop and bars about 5-10mins away in taxi, a little too far to walk!"

"This was our 2nd visit to the hotel with our 3 year old. Clean room on arrival and room was cleaned every day new clean towels when requested, we took a spare absorbent sheet to put on our toddlers bed that was washed without being asked which was so kind, all staff very friendly, bar staff always happy to help, pool very clean and plenty of sun loungers all day so no need to go to the pool early in the morning to try and reserve sun beds. Lovely selection of food catering for all needs and dietary requirements. Arcades are great for kids and pool tables for adults. Photos can be taken by staff by pool and around the hotel but perhaps expect these to be done a little more professionally for the price. Minimum is €15 per photo with a minimum purchase of 5 if you also want these digitally. Pool towels are supplied with a deposit paid which is refunded at the end of your stay. Great selection of activities to choose from although we were a little disappointed that the soft play is no longer at this hotel. Evening entertainment is great although worrying that the disco and inside entertainment is over the safe decibel limit for children so this will need to be improved for us to return. Great experience"
