"In a hotel as beautifully decorated and arranged, staffing was excellent food was excellent. Everything on the property was properly done and corrected. You had an issue with one of the rooms upstairs where they had a leaked, and it leaked into our room, and the staff moved us quickly in the middle of the night no issues and upgraded us to the room. The only drawback to this whole property is that there's really no beach, and they need to spray more for bugs, where no seams on the beach from outside in lagoon area. This hotel is the people who want to relax by the pool will have very calm waters on the outskirts"
