Sadly, my stay at this property was not great. It felt like I was staying in a compound where it was only safe to venture out during daylight. Communication was awful especially regarding the problems with running or hot water. The food was mediocre at best. I listened to dogs barking throughout the night, every night. I was awoken at 7am on Saturday morning to a voice over a loud speaker. I don’t speak Spanish, so I had no idea what was happening and I was scared. Eventually I was able to figure out he was preaching. The pool area was beautiful and the gym was very good.

The property itself is beautiful, just it is no worthy enough for the price, check in was kind bumpy I wasn’t informed of the facilities of the place, my sheet was kind dirty when I get to my room there was a cockroach in the room, after 7:pm there is no one around the front desk than can help you, overall stay was okay because we loved the view and the pools are amazing.

Very nice pools! Very good food! Staff wonderful! Large Morning coffee table would've been nice centrally located! The entertainment music was repetitive and would've liked to have seen more of a variety of different types of music for dancing. Their fire show was excellent!
And I thought it was nice that they had exercising in one of the pools every day. And a nice weight room.
