"Hard to go wrong with this hotel An excellent location, right in the heart of Arequipa town and close to so many restaurants and shops. The staff were always excellent, friendly and helpful. They have an amazing rooftop restaurant/bar with some of the best views in town. Rooms are well-appointed, modern and clean."

"El papel higiénico es de mala calidad. Nos gustó lo gentil que fue el personal. La ubicación es muy buena. Los desayunos deberían de tener más variedad. La máquina de café siempre apagada y teniendo que solicitar la enciendan cada vez que se va a usar. Ese detalle es grave. Escaso pan en el desayuno. La caja fuerte no funciona digitalmente y se debe usar la llave. El sistema de cortinas no permite el uso adecuado con las ventanas Antiruido."
