Overall we enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel to experience an authentic mexico and not the commercialized inclusive hotels. This hotel was the best choice for what we wanted to experience. "Very small and basic room. The hotel has great common area spaces to retreat to including a kitchen and roof top. The only real complaint I would have is the stairs from the street to the hotel are steep and plentiful. Ok if you can manage your luggage and stairs. Otherwise, the hotel is fine and modern. I would not recommend for a long stay but for shorter, it works great."
