A little overstated but nice
I booked this location for 7 nights.
Location is great. Safe and convenient.
Unit was very clean.
WiFi horrible, almost non-existent.
Host answers calls, responds that he will fix and does not follow up. So, we had no TV as internet went down. No iron.
Laundry room/appliance extremely filthy - un-usable.
Pots and pans unusable. However we just ate out for the entire time.
The location made the stay enjoyable as restaurants and shops are close by.
The property is located at the optimum spot if you have car. within 15mins you will be able reach top places in LA. At unit everything is as described, no more no less. Very professional management, good communication.
Great rental with plenty of space. Quick drive from the airport. Off street parking is super convenient. Host was very responsive. Will definitely try and stay again if I am ever in Culver City!

The apartment was as advertised and is a great apartment itself. Beautiful kitchen and bath and quite spacious. Location great, communication with host was great. Very clean. The only thing that could improve is a few more basic kitchen items (maybe more knives, cutting board) and dressers in the bedrooms. You can hear the upstairs neighbor walking around so if you are a light sleeper, this might disturb you. Would rent again.
We really enjoyed our stay. We traveled all the way from NZ with our 3 teenage kids. We all had a place to sleep, including the use of the fold out couch. The property was nice and clean and we even trained at a local gym which was a 2 minute walk away
My only complaint was the noise from people staying above us. The floors are VERY thin and they were VERY noisy right up until 2 in the morning!! We could hear everything and I got barely any sleep for the first 2 nights. Thankfully they moved on after that and the rest of our stay was peaceful and enjoyable.
Very gross.. Food left in microwave… shower wasn’t cleaned and shower-rod had fallen down. Floors have never seen a mop.. Had a strange smell as soon as you entered.. I was chatting with someone I thought was the host, I assume just a property overseer… He acted very concerned and said “he would make up for it” but then later told me to reach out to the actual host? Frustrating! Then when I finally did of course no response! Culver City is a great city just maybe pass this place to stay…
The location was great - just a short drive to the 405. It was a good location for us to get to our destinations - Sunset Strip, Beverly Hills, Venice, Santa Monica, Malibu, and Long Beach.
It felt very safe during the day but a little less so after dark. For instance, I didn't feel comfortable going in the alley to take out trash after dark.
The property was clean and the check-in process was very easy. We were able to check-in right on time, at 4 pm.
I thought the washer and dryer was going to be in the apartment, but I misread it. It was actually in the back alley. It cost quite a bit to do a load of laundry. I also didn't feel comfortable doing laundry after dark.
The kitchen was great. It took a little while to figure out how to use the TV, but once we did, there were plenty of channels to choose from.
The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage/closet space.
Having a reserved parking spot was a HUGE plus. It was just steps away from the parking garage to the front door.
Overall, a great location and we would definitely stay here again.
Wir waren mit fünf Erwachsenen Personen in der Ferienwohnung. Dafür ist sie groß genug mit vernünftigen Schlafplätzen. Die Küche ist auch sehr groß, ausgestattet mit Toaster und Kaffeemaschine. Das Haus verfügt nicht über eine Klimaanlage, es sind viele große Ventilatoren verfügbar. Wir hatten einen eigenen Stellplatz Für unser Mietauto. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, nicht in der Nähe von mehrspurigen Straßen.

Point négatif extrêmement bruyant, zéro insonorité cafetière présente mais manque, le bouton marche arrêt inutilisable, le lit deux personnes soit cassés, soit pas fini d’être monté, manque une vis impossible de dormir correctement, impossible d’accéder à la laverie qui est géré par les locataires.
Impossible de contacter le gérant de l’appartement, nous l’avons pas eu une seule fois au téléphone malgré les appels sur WhatsApp et des écrits sur la messagerie de Abritel, ainsi que sur le numéro fourni.
The accomodation was great. We stayed in unit 1 downstairs. The experience was great. It was very clean. Had wifi, stove, oven, microwave, aircon, Tv and parking. The only downside was the noise from the people staying above us. Other than that it was a great safe location that was close everything we needed!!
The apartment was clean, easily accessible and in a good location. Our family of 5 kids ages 14,10,10 had a comfortable stay.
Walls are thin and you can hear people talking and walking upstairs but it wasn’t a huge problem. The pullout sofa was unfortunately dirty so my daughter slept on the couch instead. There were crumbs and stains on the pullout so we decided against it. We put a sheet over top of the couch and we made her sleeping arrangement work.
Salt and Pepper would have been nice to have as a condiment. One or two more blankets would have been nice as well.
Everything was very clean, served our purpose, check in and check out were very easy and no hassle at all.
The parking space was a huge bonus!
