It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! This is a permitted vacation rental with the City of Los Angeles Home Sharing Dept. We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.
This is a short-term rental property only. No Tenants rights apply. You must check-out on the date your contract finishes.
* Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Valid Photo ID required from all Adult Guests.
* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am
MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS : 6 Guests (including infants)
The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip Vacations Hollywood in writing prior to the arrival date.
NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS
Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.
QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 7 am. No Outdoor Music during this time. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property.
NO SMOKING $200 Fine

NO access to mailbox or having mail or packages sent to the property.
Please fully shut off AC/Heat and lock all doors when leaving the home or not in use.

We really enjoyed the setup, atmosphere, and walkability of the location. It was great to have a quiet space to retreat to after a day on the town. We hope to book this again the next time we are in the area!
The location of this property is great. It is just 6 minutes away to universal studio. It is also very clean and comfy. We had a great time.

Great location, short walk to the walk of fame and Chinese theater. Decent market a block away but was on the pricey side. Good place for visiting universal studios and WB studios. Lots of food with in walking distance.
Comfortable stay in a convenient location. Easy access to several attractions. Very easy management company to work with.

Great Place/Great Location
Have stayed at the Franklin Hollywood Bowl Loft a number of times. First booked it when we were going to an event at the Hollywood Bowl and it has become our go to place whenever we are planning a trip to LA. It’s clean, comfortable, quiet, and the location is convenient to all Hollywood/LA has to offer.

Great Place in Hollywood
This was our second stay at the Franklin Hollywood Bowl Loft and we expect to continue making it our go to place whenever we visit LA. The place is clean, comfortable, and quiet - and the garage parking is a big plus. The location is also super convenient with many restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions within walking distance. Definitely recommend staying here.
ITrip was very friendly and helpful. My son and I had a stress free enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay in one of their properties again. Thank you everyone at iTrip!

Great stay in LA
The apartment is really nice & was perfect for us, a family of five visiting Hollywood. 10 minutes walking to Hollywood Blvd from such a comfortable apartment, couldn't be better.
But you make it easy to arrive, enter and feel at home, taking care of every detail.

Great Visit to L.A.
We swung through L.A. for a week to do some shopping, and to see Universal Studios with the kids. The Franklin Hollywood Bowl Loft apartment is in a great location, easy check-in and check-out, and parking in a secure location. We stayed with two teenagers who had far more space than a standard hotel would have provided.
Brought teens with me - they had tickets to Dolby Theater show. The place was the perfect location. They could walk to the theater, and to the Hollywood Blvd action. Walked to coffee / restaurants. Felt very safe in the apartment. Room for all of us. Parking was easy and secure. Glad we picked this place. It was exactly what we needed.
I had an incredible stay at the two-bedroom condo in Hollywood, CA. The location was unbeatable, placing me in the heart of all the action. The stylish and well-appointed interior provided a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. From the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy living space, every detail was thoughtfully considered. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable that I woke up refreshed every morning. I can't wait to return!

The AC was off prior to walking in and was very hot. You would think the AC Would have been on for the people coming.
The place had a smell. You could see the couches had some stains. The carpet may need to be taken out to do away with the smell.
The location was good and the parking was nice. It wasn't bad, just needed a good cleaning and the AC to be on for guest coming
Our stay was wonderful and remarkably is a peaceful and quiet place to stay in downtown Hollywood.It has a beautiful courtyard and overall is clean. The team was very welcoming and helpful on arrival. The LA parking does create an issue at first until you can get the garage clicker, but there is nothing that the team can do about that.. LA traffic and parking is what it is and I’m very grateful that this location has a garage and parking. Couple minor issues to get fixed or as follows: When we first got in, there was trash in all bins other than the kitchen. Including trash inside the sleeper couch. Small request is to have more towels and bedding for when there’s more than a couple people staying, and every bed is full including the couch, sleeper. With how the shower is built a floor mat to help would be nice . Additionally, maintenance needs to get in and check lightbulbs.
The location can’t be beat. We walked to the Bowl for a concert, which was only 10-15 minutes on foot. It was a convenient drive to our studio tour as well as Griffith park. There are also a lot of dining options within walking distance, both fast/casual nearby or nicer restaurants on Hollywood Blvd. there are also markets within walking distance. The rental was clean, comfy and surprisingly quiet given that it’s on a busy street. The check in process if also parking a car can be a little bit of a challenge because you need to find on street parking and then be let in to the rental to get the fob to open the parking garage gate. I ended up dropping my husband off and circling the block until he came outside with the fob. I’ve also encountered a similar process with a rental located in another big city, so it just goes with the territory. If you aren’t parking a car in the garage then it’s not a issue. I would definitely recommend staying here.
Good location - easy walk to things to do, Really appreciated the gated parking, full kitchen & washer/dryer.Had an issue at check-in with lack of cleaning, but the host got right on it. Overall it was a good stay.
