Beautiful house by the Sea

My friends and I enjoyed an amazing two night stay at Helena’s seaside house. The entire two-level place is gorgeous, with a wraparound balcony on the top level and a pool deck on the bottom level. The beach is a two minute walk away using a private access path. The only potential downside to the place: the neighbors aren’t too friendly and don’t seem to enjoy having visitors in the neighborhood. I friends were asked to quiet down for using the pool and balcony after 10 pm. It’s understandable, but definitely something to keep in mind if your visiting party has some night owls in it. All in all, this is a great house that I recommend to visitors looking for a beautiful beachside Malibu experience.

Pretty house nice area but not happy with the owner “manager” staying on premises!!that made my whole family very uncomfortable, at all times we were watched by her “Helena ’ is her name. it’s a three story home , owner stays on the bottom section over viewing the pool with her windows open, very creepy .!!we were never advised or told that she was staying their that really made our trip uncomfortable. . No fulll admemities restrooms had use hand wash soaps. The blinds did not close all the way.down. Missing a door handle on the living rooms main door , couldn’t lock it at night time felt very scared for our safety. The pool was 180 days overdue for filter change. Helena was notified ! And just left it like that.sadly paid too much money for us not to had enjoyed our yearly vacation due to the owner being on premises!!!!! 👎 not worth to stay there .

Beautiful house - perfect for total relaxation

This house is amazing - so beautifully decorated and arranged that you immediately feel relaxed and at peace. Helena was very easy to work with and we enjoyed the lovely atmosphere, the quick walk to the beach, and the fun of Malibu. We were so happy we'd rented this property!

very cute beach house

This is a very cutely remodeled and decorated beach house, you can tell that the owner put a lot of thoughts in it. The beach is within 5 minutes walking distance. The owner herself is nice and understanding, very easy to communicate. Enjoyed our stay very much.
