    Living room , dinning area , full kitchen with top stainless steel appliances and 2 bathroom.There are 2 small separate studio like units which have their private entrance from the backyard.
    Just small walking distance to Starbucks and supermarket.
    CSUN is just one mile away.
    Freeway is 1/2 mile.
