Enjoy ocean views from two levels, views of the Manhattan Beach Pier, and an unbeatable location just steps from the beach and a short walk to downtown Manhattan Beach's restaurants, shops, and cafés. The home sleeps up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a bonus room with a fold-out sofa. Relax on the ocean-view patio with outdoor dining and a gas BBQ, or unwind by the fireplace after a day at the beach. Thoughtfully designed with luxury linens, designer finishes, curated artwork, and a fully stocked kitchen, the home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beach gear—including bikes, surfboards, boogie boards, beach towels, a wagon, umbrella, cooler, and sand toys—is provided, along with central A/C, high-speed Wi-Fi, an outdoor shower, washer and dryer, and garage plus driveway parking. Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement. Security Deposit Required of up to $500. Minimum age to rent is 29.
Renter Agreement must be signed within 24 hours after booking. For last-minute reservations, agrmnt must be signed before check-in info will be sent.
