Freshly remodeled (3/2025) 1 bedroom 1 bath Oceanfront Malibu beach property with easy access to your very own private beach. Subzero and Wolf appliances. Private Washer/Dryer in Unit. Located off-highway on the exclusive and renowned Malibu Road, this 1 bedroom/1 bath offers incredible views, private parking, and peaceful bliss. Just minutes away from the Malibu Country Mart, Nobu, and Soho House. We do allow SOME pets with Prior Approval and Pet Fee. 2/2026 Special Price discounted for possible construction noise 2 houses south. They are doing wood framing M-F. Does not affect view or beach.
