- Welcome to enjoy privacy in this elegant gated ocean view Mediterranean retreat in Malibu Broad Beach, which is designed and resided by a celebrity. Not located on sands but just steps from the beach. A center courtyard is fun and secured for children. Breathtaking ocean view in most rooms.
The attached gym opens to the courtyard with the view of garden. The luxury Men’s Cave can also be used as a media room and an office. No restroom in the men's cave . The master suite leads to the newly remodeled spa bathroom with claw-foot tub and steam shower. The front yard may allow 4 cars to park and street parking is available and free. It is only one traffic light away from the grocery with organic food, restaurants, playground, and Starbucks where is easy to run into plenty of celebrities, who live in our neighborhood. Easy to access to Pacific Coast Highway and five minutes driving to arrive at the famous Zuma Beach.
