  • Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. This 2bed 2bath corner unit is located in one of Long Beach most desirable neighborhoods close to the 22 Fwy, 405, and 605 fwy. 3 min drive to mothers beach, Whole Foods, Belmont shores, 2nd st shopping, restaurants, and bar scene. This condo has over 1500 sf. Of living space, 82 inch tv in the living room and 65 inch tv’s in each additional rooms, pool table, 2 patios with outdoor seating and tables. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, this is a resort style community of 55 and older residents so please be respectful of our neighbors no loud music, smoking at the pool, violators will be asked to leave without REFUND!
