We had a great 2 nights here while we were in Los Angeles. This was a great location near Santa Monica food and shopping and we were only 20-25 minutes from SoFi Stadium for the NFL game we were in town for. Very clean and a great place that was nice and quiet at the end of a long day running around LA. I would definitely recommend.
This condo was perfect, we stayed central to both sofi and Greek theater for a concert weekend. Clean and wonderfully located to beach front Santa Monica!
Nicely appointed condo for a comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants and necessities. Easy driving from the location to any LA area attractions you might want to visit.
Very well located for all Santa Monica has to offer. Very easy check in and even easier check out. Property manager great. Available if needed and courteous checks ins via text if we needed anything. Property very up to date and clean.

Flawless stay. We were greeted by KK (owner) at the start and oriented to the home. The place was well furnished, immaculate, and had everything we need. I would stay there again without question. Very happy with our choice.
2 adults and 2 teenagers stayed here for 4 nights as we came to town to visit our daughter who lived about 10 mins away in Sawtelle.
The townhome was conveniently located to the pier/beach and nearby restaurants.
We also visited Hollywood, Beverly Hills, The Griffith Observatory at sunset, played pickleball, and walked 2 beaches.
The location was perfect and communication with the host was timely. We would recommend staying here!
This little gem is a perfect two bedroom in LA -- clean and a simple walk to Whole Foods, drug store and restaurants. We loved it! Very quiet and secluded feeling, and the hosts were fantastic to communicate with and responsive to questions about early check in and late check out. Loved it. Five stars.
The property is quite roomy with a great location to many attractions in Santa Monica.
Common walls with adjacent unit and unit above allowed for a bit of sound from neighbors but nothing distracting.
Communication by the host was Excellent. We hope to be able to return to this location.
For me, sleep quality is paramount when I am traveling. And I give this VRBO a 10/10 for sleep. It’s totally quiet, relaxing with comfortable beds and curtains to block the sun. Got great sleep while i was there.
I was visiting family in the area. The unit is convenient to Whole Foods around the corner. Easy drive to beach and in nice area of Santa Monica.
We were not hanging out much in the place but did enjoy the patio / outdoor space for a bit. My only suggestion would be to get an ottoman or something to put your feet up near the sofas. We didn’t cook at all so can’t comment there.
I’d come back for sure.
