Lovely home in great area with street parking which is very difficult to find in Los Angeles. We loved the layout and the privacy. Very convenient to the freeway. Lisa has stocked almost everything you will need. She’s a lovely host!!

Private Paradise

This was an easy, beautiful stay for us. The kids loved the pool and we loved the greenery, birds and private setting. The inside was incredibly clean and thoughtfully arranged and organized. Lisa was friendly and helpful and gave us lots of space. We miss it there already!

Wonderful Stay!

The property is in a wonderful spot, the accomodations are cozy and the pool is awesome! You can't get more central and honestly the place is perfect if you want a bit of privacy between two parties. The communication with the host is wonderful she is so sweet and friendly. Book this place for sure!!!

Perfect LA base of operations!

The property was perfect—Immaculately maintained, thoughtfully equipped and a friendly host who is a great communicator. The location was perfect, street parking was easy and the settling was ideal. Easy access to all of the places we wanted to go. Would definitely stay here again.

My daughter loved the place!

Nice place. Nice neighborhood. I like how the one bedroom is separate from the house. Kinda like your own hotel room with bathroom and mini fridge. It sure was nice to get away from the noisy family at night.

Fun house with great location!

We had a great time staying at the Hollywood Dell property. We stayed with our two teenage daughters. The separate “treehouse” suite worked well with older children. The outdoor space was lovely and we enjoyed the pool. Awesome central location. Easy to get to Dodger game, Venice beach and fun restaurants in West Hollywood. Would stay here again!

Perfect Stay in LA

Great "home-base" for us to vacation in LA...safe, beautiful, quiet, and relaxing. Close to all the Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Sunset Strip must-sees and dos. Host was very accomadating and quick to respond to requests. Loved the pool/hottub/deck area for relaxing before and after a day/evening out. Bonus: moderate hike to the Hollywood sign from this house for an amazing experience. I did the hike twice during our 5 night stay....including once hiking to Griffiths Observatory and back to this house. It took a long time (5 hours) but was perfect for someone who loves to walk and hike.

Very nice

Lisa was a great host and very responsive. The property was unique, very clean, and nicely decorated. Due to the weather, we unfortunately did not get to take advantage of the cute outdoor chill spots including the pool, however we were still very comfortable for the duration of our stay. Definitely recommend!

Unique property. Really clean. Kitchen is tiny but functional. Upstairs room is a separate unit than living and kitchen area so be aware of that if you have small children. It was perfect for our family with young teens. Host was very responsive and reliable.

Amazing Gem

This property is everything we needed in a vacation home. It’s a bit luxurious, safe, quiet, relaxing, and fun all rolled into one. The property owner is very kind and helpful. I was worried about staying so close to the bustle of the Hollywood tourist spots. But it is tucked away in a very nice neighborhood. Everything you need is close by. No issues with street parking. My family and I will return and I would highly recommend this to any visiting the LA area!

Furniture old Queen bed next to kitchen, tree House bedroom very small bathroom small, to many step.

To many steps to both bedrooms 42 total to get to treehouse bedroom. Very difficult to carry luggage up so many steps. Parking bad on narrow street .

Amazing oasis in the heart of Hollywood!

I stayed with my two young children ages six and eleven. The home served as the perfect serene spa to relax at between trips around wonderful Los Angeles! The children were 100% thrilled with the pool and hot while I read or prepared meals.

Amazing Stay

My family and I loved staying at Lisa’s place, it had everything we needed. We loved the pool area, it was very relaxing. Lisa helped moved our date since we came in later than expected. She provided us with cold beverages when we arrived which was very nice. She also has cats in her area so we were able to see and pet them. We will have to book another stay there when we come back to LA! Thanks again!

Perfect Hideaway in Superb Location

I booked this beauty while visiting my daughter who lives in LA so her grandmother, aunt, and I could bond. We had a blast! The rooms couldn’t be more comfortable, beautiful or spacious. We enjoyed our coffee poolside each morning, and lounged in the pool and hot tub all evening. It was so quiet and secluded you would never know how close we were to everything—Hollywood tours, Warner Bros tours, shopping and wonderful restaurants. It was the absolute perfect getaway. Our host even welcomed us a bottle of wine, pop, and beer and snacks. It will be hard to top!

Lovely accommodations

We came here for a girls trip and had a great stay! Check in was super easy and everything in the house was well labelled and easy to find. The host was very thoughtful and each room was well stocked and had everything you’d need. The pool and outdoor space were beautiful and super relaxing. The house is in a great neighborhood and close to countless restaurants and retail stores. I also really enjoyed having separate spaces for the two rooms.
