The staff was very nice. The room, however, was not good. The heater is so loud you can't sleep with it on. The room was not very clean, stains on the walls that should of been cleaned up. Also, the people next to me were completely rude with the volume of thier music. I complained and they lowered a little but still feel the thumping against my wall. Probably my last time staying here.

Was spacious and breakfast was delicious. Our keys didnt work after the first day when we were of course in a hurry to change clothes and get to dinner reservations. Front desk was quick about it. Housekeeping took the soap from the shower but didnt replace it with a new one which was strange. Unfortunately we didnt make it to the hot tub like we had hoped as the day we checked in there were way too many people in it and the next day we got back too late.

Overall good, Sam at the front desk is a nice man. I stayed two nights in the deluxe king suite non smoking with fridge & microwave the bed was super comfortable, I prefer a softer mattress to firm and this was perfect. The room is a nice size as well. For the price I would consider it a good option.

I was hoping for a better experience. We were put in a room that did not have anywhere to hang your clothes so they changed us to a different room. That wasn’t great either. No phone service in the room. The blow dryer didn’t work. One of the sheets was stained. Also entering and exiting the property was confusing . It did not have an enter so you had to use the exit which was not that great because trying to maneuver, if someone is also exiting.
