Modern Space with lots of outdoor space and beautiful Mountain View’s. Situated on 2 acres of land come relax and get inspired, take a hike in the backyard which is the Santa Monica mountains. Sunny multilevel home with 3 bedrooms 3 baths, Modern kitchen. Great sized deck. Smart home features, lighting and sound system. Perfect to get away, host events, retreats, meetings and production shoots, video and photo.

Please note that pets are not allowed without a pet fee and that parties, events, filming, photography and production all require an additional contract and fee. Inquire for details. All of these things must be approved and discussed before you check in.
