Sip sunrise coffee or sunset margaritas in two ocean-view Adirondack chairs. One block to the Strand and bike path, and walk to top restaurants, coffee shops, breakfast spots, and pubs. About 10 minutes to SoFi, the Forum, Intuit Dome, and LAX.
