The outside is definitely the gem of this property with the giant boulders views breezes and wildlife from birds to rabbits. Up to 6 persons 3 beds one queen+2twin beds. 2people on couch.

It’s a serene feel home in the hills overlooking San Fernando Valley, can see Woodland Hills from patio. Has beautiful natural features, environment. Giant boulders, rock features trees, birds, rabbits, pine trees, eucalyptus trees, native pepper trees. Trees visible from most windows.

Nice deck with patio table, oversized umbrella, comfortable patio couch. Outdoor bistro table by front door. There is a grill for enjoyment and an electric smoker.

Inside fully remodeled in 2015 home awaits you, with 2 wood fireplaces, one in kitchen one in living room. Relax on nice comfortable sectional couch with room to sit 7 or 8 if you squeeze in. Samsung HD flatscreen Smart TV with Roku.

There is a comfortable armchair in master bedroom plus a table with wheels as workspace.

Central AC/Heat there is a tower fan as well.

Other things to note
This unique property has stairs to reach house. Walk down the stairs to reach house after parking.

This is not a single flat level home, has a step. There is a single step to go to different areas of home. Some narrow doorways for 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom has lower than normal ceiling, not 8’. Probably master bedroom ceiling height not comfortable for people over 6’ 2”

Bird lovers enjoy the many different birds that are all around enjoying the scenery and environment.

Yard is natural environment, uneven surfaces and different elevations, property is in hills.

There are cactuses, gopher holes, rabbits, other wildlife in yard and other natural environment be careful in the yard. No green lawn, just natural environment.a
