The Zen Birds Nest is a unique space that has a way of enveloping our guests upon arrival. Providing the coziest space to cuddle up in Topanga Canyon and feel right at home. Our Bohemian chic space is nestled in the perfect location in the canyon. Just up the street from Topanga Village where our guests can peruse the curated shops and enjoy fabulous food at our local artisan cafes.

Enjoy a delicious homemade meal under the cafe lights on the dining deck with friends. Pour a glass of wine at Golden Hour while creating memories in the outdoor living room with your loved one. Lovely to also spend some quiet time in the writers nook nestled in the corner of the property with the perfect garden view. Or simply listening to some classic vinyl throughout the house creating the perfect vibes. The firepit is the perfect space to wrap up a fun filled day. The magic of Topanga will trickle through the windows as the natural fills the energy of the space.

Beautiful little getaway

Beautiful house in the Topanga mountains with a great backyard area for grilling / relaxing by the fire pit. The design of the place is very chic and relaxing. The hosts are amazing and very communicative! Great stay!

Trip to visit family

This property is in perfect condition and very well maintained. It was a perfect location to use as our home base while we visited the area. The kitchen and outdoor grill was ideal to cook meals and enjoy the evening on the deck or around the firepit. Parking is tricky if you have a full-size SUV...but we did it! Will book again when visiting the area.

Our stay at the Bird Nest in Topanga was truly incredible. We were amazed to discover such a peaceful haven, where every detail invites relaxation and well-being. Nothing is missing inside—the bedding, linens, and towels are all top quality.Sipping an evening drink on the outdoor deck, surrounded by nature and listening to a Sinatra vinyl, was the perfect way to unwind after a day in the hustle and bustle of LA :)Communication with the hosts was smooth and friendly throughout. I genuinely recommend the Bird Nest in Topanga to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful place to stay—surrounded by nature and just minutes away from Santa Monica and Venice Beach.

truly a cozy birds' nest

This was the perfect weekend get away. The beds were so comfortable and everything was carefully thought out and made simple. The amenities were excellent and having the reader's nook to retreat to was really great for private meetings or just writing. The outside entertaining areas were just lovely. I would highly recommend this place if cozy is what you are looking for. The hosts were terrific and very thoughtful.

Wedding week

The Birds Nest was more than we could have imagined. The detail of the decor to the tranquility both inside and out were just what we needed! The area was a gem and so peaceful. The views in the canyon were spectacular and the beach was close as well as shopping. We enjoyed eating in and exploring the variety of local restaurants. Just a wonderful trip all around! We will be back for sure…
