The 2 full bathrooms, complete with a bathtub and shower, provide a refreshing space to unwind after a day of exploring. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Pasadena and our condo has to offer.
Centrally located 2 bedroom/2-bath condo in Pasadena, CA. This place is only 10 minutes away from the Rose Bowl and even closer to everything on Colorado Blvd. Five minute walk to Caltech, many restaurants and bars. Even an underground bar 2 minutes’ walk from the front door.

Very large living room, hardwood floors throughout, large flat screen TV, Stereo with Time Window speakers, dining area with oak table seats six, and a fully equipped kitchen with brand new Samsung gas stove. Free Wi-Fi, Netflix, and Prime Video. Computer monitors in both bedrooms connect to a wireless printer with free ink. Your private condo has two large bedrooms. The Master Suite has a hand carved canopy California King Bed. There are two balconies one off the living room one off the guest bedroom .Underground gated parking for two cars.
The Condo is completely non-smoking, if you plan on smoking, please do not book our property. The penalty for smoking will be a minimum charge of $500
