-Close and lock all windows -Please leave HVAC off. If you have closed any AC vent, please open them back up. -Would you please let me know what time you plan on checking out?

I had an excellent stay here over the weekend and would absolutely recommend it. The amenities werethoughtfully set up, clean, and exactly what I needed for a comfortable visit. Well provisioned, comfortable and in a great location for LA sightseeing. Easy walk to restaurants and the Alhambra Farmers market. Host is very responsive but not much is needed because the condo has everything.

Wow, what can I say and where do I start? The property was amazing. The parking was amazing. Everything was amazing. If I need to go back to that area for anything, I would definitely stay there again. The property had everything I needed and more. It was very comfortable and spacious and it was like home. The place is very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is quite and safe. Plenty of dinning and shopping options in a walkable distance. A Wonderful Stay

Rita's place is a wonderful home away from home. It is quiet, clean, and has all the amenities you need. Parking is secure and the neighborhood is safe. There are many restaurants and stores within a 1-3 block walk. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Great Place to stay

The apartment was as described and filled with everything one could need. It is secure with entry control and it has gated parking! It's quiet too. I will stay here for my next trip to LA in April if it is available... Rita was an excellent communicator and very flexible with my emergency request for an additional nights stay.
