Bright and airy with soaring wood ceilings, hardwood floors, fireplace, A/C, and a chef's kitchen. Walk to top restaurants, cafés, and the beach. Outdoor rinse station for sandy feet and gear. Parking for 1 small suv included.

    Note this 2-bedroom home is the upper unit of a duplex and has its own private entrance and living space. The other unit in the duplex can also be rented separately. The two units are completely separate and are not connected by an interior door or interior access.
